We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or shipping irregularities.
4. Product Information
We make every effort to represent our products accurately through descriptions and imagery.
Minor differences in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to monitor settings, photographic lighting, or manufacturing tolerances. These variations are not considered defects and do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
5. Prices
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout confirmation.

Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and authorised.
7. Delivery
We ship exclusively to United Kingdom addresses, free of charge and with no minimum order value.
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. As a general indication: allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and 5 to 8 business days for shipping — totalling approximately 7 to 11 business days from the order date.
Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments depending on stock availability.
8. Parcel Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows a delivered status but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours, building staff, or any designated safe spots, and contact the carrier directly using your tracking reference.
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost and your address was correct, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at your preference.
No remedy will be provided where delivery failed due to an incorrect or incomplete address submitted at checkout.
Non-delivery must be reported within 45 days of your order date; beyond this deadline, the delivery is considered complete.
9. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refused Deliveries
Under UK consumer law, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused or unclaimed orders may incur a deduction of up to 25% of the order value to cover handling costs.
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method.
10. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with photographic or video evidence.
After assessment, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where the other options are not applicable.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental impact, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear is not covered.

Where a product fails to meet expected standards, we will prioritise repair or replacement. A refund will be offered where neither is feasible.
